Is normal be useless when you in a group of school?

Yeah, it's normal, I'm pretty much useless too, I like doing my work individually.

I usually did nothing in class in highschool but listen.

If you feel better doing things by yourself then yes. If you still feel useless no matter when or how then get to work, discover yourself, try harder to be better. Everyone has it's qualities and feats you just need to discover yours.

For the most part I hate working on group projects.

Group work does not teach life skills at all in school. If you know each other, then it may work but all it really is in primary and secondary education is playing favorites. I was never chosen in a group ever and I hated it. Mostly it's for teachers who are too lazy to grade students individually.
