I have been able to pull down my foreskin un-erect since I was very little and just recently I have started masturbating and actually looking at my penis, and paying attention to it. I cannot ever remember my head being sensitive and when I pull down my foreskin, there is kind of a webbing type thing that holds my shaft to my head and after a while of masturbating, that webbing has just gone and I can pull my penis down more. Is this normal?

    Yes absolutely normal. Foreskins are all different. If I am fussing right the webbing your talking about is your frenulum which is great fun to play with.

    Yes, that is normal. At least from what I've read about foreskins. I'm circumsized so can't give you first hand accounts, but I was reading an article about women in a certain country masturbating their young kids (5-12) in order to stretch their foreskin enough so the skin that keeps it from going down all the way will break.
