For a so called straight guy, why is he going to gay bars, most of his friends are gay. He insists he is straight, not sure who he is trying to convince you or himself. I considered myself straight for years. If I had gay friends, I had no idea who they were. Never been to a gay bar. Now that I have admitted to myself that I am bisexual,I still don't go to gay bars, not even sure where one is. I would say your friend is either closeted gay or at the very least bisexual. So just ask him if he is interested.
