Well you're right about it probably not being true. But anything contradictory in it is supposed to be as a part of a certain teaching or lesson. I'm not anti-gay at all, i just know enough about the bible and religion around it to know it's quite anti-gay indeed. It's why gays have never been able to marry, because marriage was invented by the very same church.
