who knows why she's hardened her heart so. i suppose in order to survive, a psychologist can't feel personally for their patients. but to not care at all is amazing.
i wonder if she'll pass her board certification, as i am sure there's some psychological testing in there.
at any rate, i think her patient survival rate will count towards keeping her license.
