eyyup... well first of all the title of the documentary is "Behind The Curve" That should be your first clue that the makers of the film knew who they were dealing with and so did the professor. Now reading the comments and especially between the OP and FromTheSouthWeirdMan, it is clear that the OP is never going to get it. He is not going to be able to grasp the point of the lesson that the professor was trying to get across. I say it was lucky that he even gave you 8.
One of my English teachers gave us an assignment once. True or false... "All writing is garbage" I got it wrong. If you pick through someones garbage you can learn an awful lot.
