Is my nephew normal?

I heard my nephew and some of his friends.
They were fantasising about building a city
They pretended they built a school, for 50million.

Anyway my nephew calculated how much building a school would cost in the real world.
Do many children (age 10) calculate what a school costs
Or do them pretend a school cost a random amount.
