Is there someone else that you could ask? Some other person who looks out for your well being. I don't recall you saying what your age was but if you are of legal age then, It could be that your vulgar mother doesn't feel that it's her duty to take care of you anymore. If not, and if you have the extra time to do so, you might want to look for a second job.
