Is the fear of completely losing the ability to acquire and learn new material, including being able to form new memories a subclass of a Delusional Disorder?

I have this fear everyday of completely losing memory of everything or at least lose the ability to form new memories and learn new material.

    I don't know about delusional, but memory and learning abilities are directly affected when you have anxiety and panic disorders.
