Is my friends boyfriend normal?

My friend has a boyfriend and has done this to her and things to me:

- He had threatened her life and her family
- He sends harassing texts to her
- He threatened to kill me just because I tried to protect her from him
- Constantly calls her and uses an angry tone at her which makes her cry more.

She is going to be in a hospital or a morque, OR maybe her dad should go beat his ass for threatening. And if he threatened you then call the authorities. The more he can be allowed to bully people the more he will continue to do it. I bet he is probably about 5 ft 5 inches and 140 lbs wet. If so he suffers from that serious condition called "small man syndrome". Tell tale signs are very small penis, a truck jacked up high enough he almost needs a step stool to get into and he calls people "dude" or "bro". Classic ASSHOLE. Get her away from him. Get video of him going off on her then let her watch it to see what you see. Be her friend and dont give up on her. She really needs her best friend now.

OP's friend's boyfriend is the 2021 winner of the Future Psycho-Ex-Boyfriend challenge. 😰😱

These kinds of guys really do kill people, like to death. No one thinks it will be them. I would start looking into domestic violence resources.

Even if they're empty threats, that is no kind of person to share your life with. Absolute best case scenario he's an abusive dingleberry.

At the very least, he's an obnoxious, entitled, insecure, immature dickhead. At the worst, what you see now is how the guy will be forever, and it's very likely that he's going to end up hurting someone badly (and I don't mean just their feelings) because he's completely lacking self-control, and subject to rage attacks.

Nobody should ever shrug this sort of behaviour off. He's eighteen, so he's not a child anymore, and he needs to learn that he has to take responsibility for his words and actions. Maybe it's all just stupid posturing, but any threats or actual violence should be reported to the police.

If your friend finds it impossible to break up with this dickhead because she wuvs him, and she believes he'll magically transform into a better person if she accepts him as he is, she's incredibly stupid.

Sounds like 99% of teenagers in a relationship, especially when they have a hissy fit.

He’ll either grow out of it and end up relatively fine. Or he’ll be a much meaner guy later in life, a dangerous one.

    How old are this couple?

Just as I thought yeah. They’ll grow out of there bullshit choices.

And they’re 17 and 18, they’ll likely not be together for too long anyway. Not a lot of relationships last long at that age.
