Well, I don't think he's schizophrenic for simply hearing his name called, that in itself happens to a lot of people and doesn't necessarily mean anything. Also, if he was, that usually is a case of demonic possession in my opinion. The symptoms are virtually identical. With phobia of churches and all though, it seems pretty likely to me, but I could be wrong.
