Tell your fiance in private about how innapropriate this is and if he won't listen, wait till something happens and confront them both. Embarrass them and make them feel awkward and ashamed of their weird, childish and almost incestuous relationship. If she sulks, laugh at her. Show her that you mean business and do not back down. When she's around, simply dominate all of your fiances time. Be rude and childish like her and talk over her and irritate her until she just doesn't want to be around either of you anymore.
