This is dysfunctional on almost everyone's part. Nobody stops to acknowledge her inappropriate behavior? When you're alone with your fiance, bring it up and suggest family therapy by a licensed professional. If he doesn't want to go through with it, you might want to re-consider your engagement to him. I can understand how this got out of hand and how awkward this must be for you, but now is the time to speak up. From an outsider's view, this is clearly dysfunctional. Best of luck.
