Doesn't sound like she's much of a friend but I don't know why you don't ask her about it - nicely. Just say, "I don't know if you are aware but _____ seems to think that you were going out with my bf, and that you two were even planning to get married!"
I bet she just laughs it off and pretends she doesn't know how your other friends could have gotten that idea.
Then she will panic, and go round all her friends and tell them not to say anything to you and just to act as normal towards you.
Bullying always continue if you don't confront it!
