Is my crush's behaviour normal?
For years I liked my East Indian male professor. A year after I graduated, we started having dinner together once a week and one time he asked if I was single. After that we flirted a lot for awhile before I found out for certain that his feelings for me were mutual. I was beyond ecstatic to say the least--until he informed me that we couldn't date because he would receive racist flack from his Professor colleagues at the university he works--I'm Caucasian. We are in a large metropolitan Canadian city.
