    The biggest risk is going to be from chafing your skin if you do it too much. So, make sure you don't rub yourself raw.

    Other than that, unless you're doing it in public ... you should be OK.

    Yes, I think. The only reason I'm not completely sure is that I don't masturbate myself, but from what I've heard - and I've heard quite a lot - that's very normal and healthy as long as it doesn't start to dominate your life or interfere with other activities.
