Is life just a jail?

I truly think human life is prison. We cant decide our own futures because whatever we want to do is probably illegal or something. And school, if you dont go you cant get college. No college means no good job and that means poor pay and it just keeps going on. I sometimes think the only solution out is suicide, but maybe not. So is it normal to think, existing is just a punishment and is some kind of hell or freaking jail shit?

    It seems like purgatory most of the time but suicide isn't the answer.

    People work all their lives to buy a box to live in and then die. Success in life isn't about houses, cars, status, it's just trying to make the best of it and not falling into the trap of becoming like all the other sheep. Much better to be the wolf prowling around the pen. I talk a lot of crap sometimes and today is one of those days.

    Just by living you're already making a choice, since you can kill yourself at any time. Start from there. You chose life - why? What makes you want to stay & keep going? Pursue those things. Start small, think big. Sure you're going to encounter hardships, pain and endless torment. But at least you'll be doing something, fighting for something. As is, you're just withering away like a flower in fall. And no one can even look at you to truly appreciate the beauty. Knowledge is out there. You can learn to do anything by using the internet. GO START AND NEVER LOOK BACK!
