Indians are the worst class of people I’ve ever met. Let me say this, I left it off initially. New to the platform. Ok, the Indians I work with are self absorbed narcissist that think because they’re in I.T. they have launch codes to missiles. I’m like sit down, indian style, do something we aren’t importing you, your cousins and your sister in this country for. Be an original and then maybe I’ll be awestruck

    This is so weird. India is a shithole rn, they're in the top 10 for rape, but this is why you're disgusted with Indians?

    The Indians at your job are unoriginal or some shit? Sure, don't like them.

    However, it's not sensible to be disgusted by an entire group of over 1 billion, because of what you've experienced at work, in your little fraction of the world.

    Stereotypes can be very hit or miss depending on where you are, and who you're talking to.

    If you interact with new Indians, just set your preconceived disgust on the back burner and judge them for the individual they are, if you don't already.

      This guy at my job treats his pregnant wife like shit. Treats me a black woman like shit and I just shake my head. But check this out, they treat Spanish women like they’re golden. The whites they look down on but know the white superiors are paying for their green cards, lawyers and filing fees

    According to the site posted below, the Indians have won a couple world championships. There are a lot more stats in there too. Like best players, year by year records...

    Now i know nothing about sports but I would assume, based on knowing nothing, that the Cleveland Indians are a good team. I think my room mate went to watch one of their games this summer.

    If you're going to slam an entire nationality/society/culture, you could at least toss in a few lazy stereotypes to support your prejudice.

    The end result would be the same, of course: you'd still come across as a dim, MAGA-cap-wearing, neck-bearded asshole.

        Almost a valid point. I did chuck out a few stereotypes there.

        It's stereotyping Indians to say they prefer spicy food, are almost obsessively interested in their children getting a good education, and are very family-orientated. Those things are a stereotype for good reason.

        Similarly, watch a few in depth interviews with die-hard Trump supporters, and anyone with any sense will come away with the impression that they're not very smart, know little about the world, and they have no interest in changing that deficiency. If it wasn't for the fact that people like that put people like him in positions of power, it would be sad.

          Actually I don't mind Indian people. Once you figure out their culture they are easy to deal with, but they do come across as pricks to the uninitiated.
