51talk. They didn't even even ask about a high school diploma. I don't know that I'd recommend them though--the work's not bad, but it's a Chinese company so the schedule is on China time. I can see how that's not really a practical solution for a lot of people though
Connections usually make a huge difference. Do you know anyone working at a place that's hiring? Maybe they could give you an introduction and/or a referral
Is it wrong leave work on time if ya have two jobs?

No, and everywhere is hiring. Just the manager always seems to be on vacation.
