No that is not normal,my dad had hit me a couple of times and keeps threatening to hit me. He always raises his hand and threatens to hit me. I try to stay strong,telling him I will call the police if he dares lay a hand on me,but he never listens. My thearapist and I agreed that my dad was the problem. And your dad is the problem too.
