I really like my best friend's housemate.He knows I like him because I heard his other housemate teasing him about it, but he hasn't done anything about it so I assume he doesn't like me. However he's a really flirty person so I start flirting with him which really isn't characteristic of me. I lent him money a while ago and it took a while to get it back so my friend gave me his phone number to ask him bout it.I've used it rarely since then and always for a good reason.Now I was thinking of texting him casually to ask about a trip he was on but is it going to look really weird cause he knows I like him and he himself didn't actually give me his number?Should I just forget all about it?

    Id say get to know him and then ask him yourself for his number so that way it wont seem weird to text him

    Definitely text him! Its not a weird thing to do to just casually say whats up. If things don't go well, the only reason is because he is weird about things like that, not you. So do it! Be daring

    it might be wierd especially if he in fact doesnt like u but if he's flirty he might,introduce the fact that u have t 1st b4 u text him, or have your friend mention it to him in casual conversation (4 both situations)
