Is it weird to have a fear of facial injections?

I have figured out very recently that I have a fear of needles, but only when it concerns my face. Up close and personal needles. I have severe fear of dental injections in the face basically. Needles anywhere else, don't scare me one bit.

    Fear of any injections is normal. It's a piece of metal piercing you skin. Your brain is hard wired to not let that happen.
