It's not weird. Hang in there - I hope you do find it. One thing though - is your idea of true love very idealised? Maybe it's not a good idea to have a very set idea of what it is, as that's more likely to not be met. Love can come in many forms. I personally don't believe that there is only the one person that we can be happy with. It's not all about finding someone who is perfect after all - it's about seeing an imperfect person perfectly.
