Is it weird that this happens sometimes when i eat food?

sometimes after I eat something and it feels like im going to throw up. but it turns out being just a burp. once i burp i feel better. Does anyone get this too or is it just me? Cuz i looked it up and i didn't see anything at all.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

If this is happening once a week or more, then Google both “acid reflux” and “Gerd” to see if that is a match. If not, you may have an issue relating to your gall bladder. These things are not serious if you are younger than 20. You should let your parents know anyway so you can be checked by a doctor - don’t try to be your own doctor. Good luck.

I have GERD, and it's awful. We just had an earthquake here in Dover, Delaware and I've been feeling like I'm gonna throw up ever since about ten minutes after the quake. I'm pretty sure most of my discomfort is related to my condition, but stress and anxiety play their roles.

I also have GERD. Over-the-counter Omeprazole works wonders. You can double the OTC dosage if your doctor approves.

I usually have a Nexium prescription, but now that I've moved to some place new where I don't have a doctor I'm out of em.
        :-(
