I have a 13 year old daughter and I can yell you that I would kill you if you ever came close to her. At her age, she doesn't fully understand the concept of actions/consequences (no one that age truly grasps these things) so while hormones may be raging, the mind is not capable of processing the way an adult's is. This is why there are laws to protect children. Why adults are expected to follow these laws.
Having the thoughts that you're having may be out of your control, but your actions are not. Stay the hell away from that child.
