She is twelve and a child, not even a teenager yet. You are nineteen, an an adult. Think back to when you were her age. Did you know what you were doing at twelve? Could you make good decisions for yourself? Would you want your twelve year old daughter in a relationship with a nineteen year old? Don't get me wrong, I'm sure you have good intentions, there's just no way it could be an equal or healthy relationship when she is that young. You do a lot of maturing between twelve and nineteen.
