I have a 13 year old daughter and I can yell you that I would kill you if you ever came close to her. At her age, she doesn't fully understand the concept of actions/consequences (no one that age truly grasps these things) so while hormones may be raging, the mind is not capable of processing the way an adult's is. This is why there are laws to protect children. Why adults are expected to follow these laws.

She is twelve and a child, not even a teenager yet. You are nineteen, an an adult. Think back to when you were her age. Did you know what you were doing at twelve? Could you make good decisions for yourself? Would you want your twelve year old daughter in a relationship with a nineteen year old? While different cultures view sexuality differently and in some cultures sex is permissible with girls as young as 12 years old and there's no age of consent in some Islamic nations where marriage is all that is necessary, it seems CRUCIAL that you understand that (I guess) a vast majority of the users of this site are from Western Europe and North America where even talking about having sex with a person below the age of consent (usually under 15) is punishable by jail time.

Although it is not socially acceptable, or legal, i believe such a thing can happen and is normal. It does depend on which reasons you are attracted towards her are moral or not, and i know waiting 6 years doesn't help.
