Is it weird that i like to eat minced garlic and lemon pulp?

One of my new favorits snacks is minced garlic with lemon and cheese. I peel the lemon and then peel that skin away from the pulp then I mix it with the minced garlic and add shredded parmesan cheese. I told my friends about it but they think I'm crazy, has anyone else tried it and liked it?

    I've never tried it but it doesn't sound like a bad combo. Maybe on a Triscuit?

        Triscuits make party combos way better. Grapes and cheese? Add triscuits and it's a fantastic mixture.

    Add parsley & you have "gremolata." Italians thought of this weird shit way be4 you. They put it on shit like osso buco to cut the richness. I find it offensively strong & gross,
