Is it weird that i kinda wanna see the end of the world?

I wanna see how the world ends. I'd be interesting to see what happens. I'm not suicidal or anything, I just wanna see how the world ends ; A nuclear war, another ice age, or the Earth burns, or something like that. THIS IS NOT SUICIDAL, I LOVE MY LIFE!

It's normal. So do I! 21
It's normal,but I don't. 3

The world will carry on long after the last mammals have gone.

Probably, but possibly humans will migrate to a different planet by the time something bad happens to Earth; we mightn't have enough technology, or maybe only a select few can live on on a different planet. Your theory maybe true, but only time will tell.

Humans won't migrate anywhere. The moon landing was faked. We don't have the technology or social accountability to even think about colonizing other planets. Dreams of doing so aren't reality.

I believe the moon landing was real, and I think were doomed in 1,000 years or so, I think we'll have the technology. I think they will.

We need to genetically engineer microbes that can terraform Mars in a couple of centuries. Your 1000 year doom prediction seems optimistic. 500 years is my best guess. We should be working on galactic panspermia to fill the habitability zone of the Milky Way with life before we destroy ourselves.

Yeah, now that I think about it 500 years sounds about right. Maybe even quicker with the inflation of the population, and many other factors. Only time will tell.

I'm only in 6th, and that sounds very confusing, but I'll take your word for it!

Its normal i think.... Your not being suicidal... Reaching the end of the world is dreaming to be immortal..... Its too far... It will take a lot of years for the end of the world to come..... The only person who can see the end of the world is wolverine..... Everyone wishes to be wolverine..........

I'm the same way, I want to see the world burn even though I have plans for my future. A bit of a contradiction but life is so boring sometimes.

Normal to be curious and want to peek ahead at the future. Not normal if you want the world to end soon just so you can see it.

  • I wouldn't say it's normal but I feel the same. It's one of the main reasons I wished I could live forever. I ddon't know why but I feel very irrelevant when thinking about how I'm not going to be there when it happens.

I'd probably change my mind if it actually happened, obviously I don't want to die.
