If you're past the age of about 3-6, it's not common to have ANY kind of fetish or sexual interest in one’s own Mother (IMO) {& if you’re somewhere in between 11 & about 16, it’s fairly common to have peculiar interests, which will almost never stick with you; The other comment I read was pretty funny, but pretty mean to you... this is a fix you have yourself in. You should just do your best to purge yourself of these thoughts (try and think of it as 'wanting to lose weight - and totally stopping cold turkey, with eating sweets & sugar/ (or) I guess, try and think of something that you truly NEVER- EVER want to do, that you HATE doing and would NEVER want to do it again, or to begin with - then Equate(=) this urge with that which you HATE ; make them the same thing... this is the best I've got for you. If all that doesn't work for you, then just keep this to yourself (it's ok to keep some things a secret... in our culture now-a-days, we're really told that we need to 'come out' with EVERY little thing, and NEVER hide anything. True, most of the time, yes (& this is progress about 99% of the time) – but, also, right now and for all time, there will always be room for each of us to just leave certain things in our closets. It’s up to us to decide exactly what those things are. I can only speak for what I would do, if I were ever in that position; which would be that I would never tell her this, nor anyone for that matter (aside from us on here, because you have already) & just try and live with it- (that is, if you can't get past it FIRST & then do your best to put it behind you, & clear your head of it completely).
