Is it weird my new instagram has no followers compared to old?

My old had 90 and I looked kinda dumb on my old profile, it only had one pic. What am I doing wrong? The new one I actually look decent compared to before, I think. I deleted it for a reason. Neither were linked to FB. Was I just lucky that time? Am I likely to get any traffic this time? I hope deleting it wasn't a mistake. I did check most profiles that followed me and they all appeared to be real people, with followers of their own legit posts. If you think it's a dumb question, don't answer please.
