Is it weird i can see tiny dots that aren’t floaters?

It’s wierd I’m 14 and I’ll describe what I can see sometimes when I look up I can see tiny bright dots zooming around everywhere that kinda look like tiny bright points that move freely

Does this happen after you look at a bright light, like the sun? Everyone has that.

Or are these dots very tiny, and can you see them better when looking at something with only one color, like a wall? Pretty sure everyone has that too. It’s part of our eyes.

It’s normaly just when I look at a single color so if everyone has it I’m glad cuz I was kinda freaked out 😂😂

Yeah, those dots are parts of your eye I think. Your eyes have many tiny, tiny things inside of them that allow you to see. Don’t worry about it. I see those “dots” as well.

If what you are seeing are like tiny little flashes, or more defining flashes out of one eye or the other or both ? My experiences the last 2 1/2 years have been rather hard for me to accept and to learn how to do without incase it comes to that extent. It started for me that I was seeing flashes out of one eye when and where I knew there should be nothing there to flash. I called the Dr. they told me to come in right away as in, don't wait. Between the flashes and the floaters it turns out I had a torn retina in one eye. After that was fixed, I still see floaters and light almost like transparent flashes. In the last 2 1/2 years I deal with mild color blindness, blurry vision, degrading vision, very sensitive to lights, to sum it all up-to-date I am now legally blind. I can no longer drive, I can't get a job. My life has changed so drasticly. I have no real social life, and I sit home a lot and watch a lot of tv. So if any of this sounds like things you are dealing with, I'm sorry you have to deal with it. Best I can say is make sure to have your parents get you in for regular checks to keep a timeline and an idea if your vision starts getting worse or what happens. Just don't do nothing.
