Is it vertigo or something else?

I've had 2 surgeries for cancer (leukemia and lymph node cancer) in the last 2 months. After about 2 weeks from the first surgery, I woke up one morning and was extremely dizzy and literally fell into the wall. I have been prescribed Meclizine, which doesn't help. I also had a brain scan which came back clear. Why did all this just start now? Was it the anesthesia? Thoughts?

Talk to a doctor. That's the best thing. Hope everything works out well for you.

This is something you should ask your doctor. Cancer is serious and none of us are doctors.
After general anaesthetic I was shaky and dizzy for two weeks, that was considered unusual for my age. It could be absolutely anything. DOCTOR!

You need to tell your doctor about this, I can't do much more than say a prayer for you.

Dizziness is extremely complicated issue. It could be anything brain, ears, nerves etc.
Try clonazepam it works for me.

Klonopin caused me to have seizures.

Its a bit strange that you got seizures from it. It is actually used to treat seizures.

True. I was taking it for anxiety and panic attacks not seizures. Only time I've ever experienced them.

Presumably the Meclizine has been prescribed for exactly what you're experiencing, but isn't working for you, so time to talk to whoever prescribed it
