Opening windows won't get rid of the mould. Unless you've been living there for years and never opening them this is something the landlord needs to take responsibility for.
How long have you been there and was the mould there when you moved in? I don't understand why you don't let him in to inspect the premises and then pay for the mould to be professionally dealt with?
Is it unhealthy living with mold all over your apartment?
