  • There is no mechanistic reason why meat would make you die sooner either. I don't believe everything I read I believe what everyone has ever told me that studies this shit for a living. We are talking about people with PHD's in nutritional science here, what are your credentials exactly?

      It doesn't matter what PHD's they have. They are getting PAID to lie. Are you, like, born yesterday? This is something most people know. I know you're very young but try to learn things and not just believe people because they have "phd's". And did you even very that they had a PHD or did you just believe it blindly because it was stated? I know you just believed it blindy, it's rhetorical.

      Not all research. If you know where to look. Research that don't involve money.

      There's plenty of reason. Including meat being an inflammatory food and a way bigger amount of cancers are found among people eating much meat. Something you don't see with people eating much vegetable.

      I suggest you watch the documentary "what the health?".

              I don't tell you to follow what the health blindly. What I'm telling you is that they explain a lot of things of why meat (especially proccessed meat) on the long term is not healthy for a human.
              We hate meat out of necessity to survive. But we were a plant eating species in the first place.
