I'm not sure, but you have to realize that that likely includes ALL types of cancer, including a skin cancer you might get removed off of your nose that is in no way life threatening when treated immediately.
Considering the amount of people I've known that have gone on to live to be 90+ years old and not many of them had cancer in their lifetimes, I'd say that those odds seem high, but then again, my experience is anecdotal.
