depends on the person, I know some men who are still like litte kids at 50 and also some women who never did mature, You cant group people like that as it is not just a sex thing its a personal thing.
I have a beloved female friend who routinely dates guys twenty years older than her, or more, and those dudes are all immature. I think she has daddy issues. I also think she dates too many damn alcoholics.
