Actually I already have. He said he likes me cause I'm funny and I'm always happy and positive but he also mentioned some thing he doesn't like of me. But I feel like my initial question will be more satisfying cause then I'll know if he's looking for someone who is totally not me and I can stop wasting each others time or if it comes close to who I am then hallelujah.
Is it too late in the game to ask him what he likes?

Yeah and all the things I like of him make me stay and hold on but idk if it's worth it which is why I wanna ask him my initial question.
