Is it too cheesy to call someone a cookie

I dunno I posted a picture of christmas cookies and I want to put some caption like "merry christmas to all my cookies out there" meaning my dear ones but I don't want to sound too cheesy. What do you think?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

  • It's the thought that counts. One Christmas my mom didn't have much money and could only send me home-made mint chocolate bars wrapped in foil.

But she made it and it meant everything to me despite its meager value.

I imagine they'll appreciate the thought that went into your gift.

  • I'd feel like a bit of a dick if I wrote that, but then I'm not you, and my friends and family aren't your friends and family. I mean I wouldn't even say 'dear ones'.

So I think you're the best person to decide, frankly :) I doubt anybody would care.
