If you ask someone out on a date, and you take them to an expensive place for dinner, you are open for whatever they order. You made the invitation. Next time say you want to have sex after dinner, when you ask them out. If they go on the date, she made an agreement. But I would get the sex first. Because if she changes her mind after and you take it anyway, it is rape.
Is it still a crime if she ordered dessert?
