Idk, I could probably see myself dating someone with HIV if I was much older or lost complete interest in sex, but as a young person in my early 20's it's not something I'm willing to risk.
Yes, I agree that chances aren't likely if you we're to wear a condom, but I still don't want to risk it, especially if I have the power and controll over my situation.
Is it shallow to refuse to date anyone who has HIV?

well that wasn't my point...
But you're going to die anyway so what's the problem with getting HIV... as long as you have fun and love the one I wouldn't see a problem for me...
Besides, there isn't even that high chance that you'd get HIV yourself!

Hmm well I could live with the risk and even won't care getting HIV as long as I loved my partner...
But getting HIV and no being in love anymore would suck!
