      No, it's very real.

      It's not urine! It's from the urethra, yes, but it is not pee. It's clear, not yellow (obvious difference), and it's really a random trait (some can, some can't, no pattern). So you've probably just not come across somebody in reality who can.

      It's nothing to do with how good the sex was, it's just the person who squirts biology.
