Absolutely NOT rude. If a girl is so sloppy with her appearance as to appear masculine, well then I think we can safely say she is lacking in the finer feelings most women have.
So what you're saying is... men can grow beards and have as much hair on their bodies as they want but women have to go around meticulously shaving every part of their bodies to the point at which you think she's SLOPPY and less of a woman if she doesn't?
