    Maybe you should look for a new boyfriend. I also spent New years with friends, but my girlfriend was along with me. Gave her a big wet kiss on midnight, held her next to me as we toasted whiskey to the new year. Then we all got drunk.

    The only time I did not include my girlfriend in any hanging out, was when I went with some friends to the Nurburgring (racetrack in Germany) to pretend I'm a racing driver. She gets sick if I drive too exuberantly (sadly...)
