If you're both consenting adults there's nothing wrong with what you're doing. If there was it would legitimize the arguments against homosexuality and polyamory, both of which are also okay.
The whole genetic defect argument is flawed at best. People without any blood relationship have children with defects. The probability of defects from an incestuous relationship isn't much greater than the normal random sampling of the population. You don't get to the "Yup, you're goin' have fucked up kids," point until somewhere around the 9th continuous generation of incest.
So, have fun, you're not hurting anyone and if you're that worried about defects, there's always abortion. The anti-abortion people already think you're doomed so who cares what they think.
