I would say you should workout a little so that your cheeks get a bit thinner.
I'm not too confident in your hair type and would suggest having it short, but then again I can't see the side. I wouldn't recommend dying it because it could damage your hair.
I think you'd suit a bit of a beard if you're able to grow one. If your hair goes shorter aswell to fit your head shape, I'd go with a bit of a beard.
I wouldn't worry on skin because yours looks pretty good, minus the spot on your chin but I doubt that's perminant.
Overall, I would suggest that you grow a beard. Your lips' width is a bit short which tends to be alright but the cheeks make it seem a bit too small.
Without the glasses you have somewhat of a David Cameron look about you. You don't look horrible but I think you could look better with a few adjustments.
As for the cheeks, I'm not too great on workouts, so it would probably be best to look up how on Google. I'd imagine cardio or something that would generally just make someone lose weight entirely. :)
