Is it racist to say "no hablo taco"?

I think a lot of people would think it's racist, but it actually has a ring to it; it flows very nicely.

It isn't grammatically correct. Other than that, it's fine.

Not really I mostly say it to most of my Spanish friends or something similar to that and there's mostly pay off to it.

Would it be racist to tell a German "I don't speak kraut?" If yes, then "I don't speak taco" is racist. If no, then "I don't speak taco" is fine
