Absolutely not, UK blacks are so much classier. US black, (this is observant, not racist) tend to be much louder, much more disrespectful, and all act ghetto as hell. US blacks are actually some of the most racist people out there. Every black person I know hates Hispanics, Islamics, and Asians. All in all, the U.K. Is much less racist than the US.

As anyone who is unfortunate enough to live in areas of America with large African-American chimp populations knows - the American black is a special flavor of violent, aggressive, disrespectful, uneducated and entitled all rolled into one enormous package of insufferable thuggery. English blacks are basically just white people with black skin - American blacks are a whole other beast, and are just awful.
