    Carmel, 2 syllables, is a fantastic city in California. Cara mel vs cara mel totally depends on whethere you are Brithish or American. Americans say carah mel, the carah rhymes with sarah. Brits say cara mel, the cara sounding like an automobile. Idk what the 2 other major English speaking vernacluars say. South Africans probably just say chocolate.
