Is it possible to have to piss and poop at the same time

When I get the urge to pee, I have noticed that I have to go poop at the exact same moment. No exceptions. And no for warnig either. It is sudden and like I have not gone since yesterday. Can be very painful and bad cramps. Can be completely dabilitating. What is going on with me?
